Let's talk
Gestalt therapy in Bergen, Norway and online - A warm, relational space for life's transitions, questions, and everything in between.
Maybe life is feeling a bit heavy right now. Maybe you're going through a difficult time, feeling stuck, or simply unsure of what comes next. And maybe you don't feel like you quite fit the box. Perhaps you've spent a long time trying to fit into what you think you should be — in your relationships, career, family, culture, or everyday life.
Perhaps you're questioning where you belong, what feels authentic to you, or whether the life you're living is actually your own. Therapy can be a space to step outside of those expectations, explore who you are beneath the roles and labels, and become more connected to what feels true for you.

How I work
I use gestalt psychotherapy, a holistic approach to personal growth. Gestalt therapy is a client-centered approach that focuses on self-awareness, personal responsibility, and living in the present moment.
Through dialogue, experiential exercises, and mindfulness techniques, clients gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
By exploring unfinished business and patterns in relationships, gestalt therapy helps individuals integrate different aspects of themselves, leading to greater self-acceptance and emotional well-being.
This empowering approach fosters growth by encouraging authenticity, awareness, and meaningful connections in daily life.
